​  * Please note, list below is just some of the tasks we do.  We have a checklist we customize and follow according to each induvial costumer needs.

 Vacation Homes 

• Laundry (wash and dry all used towels and lines)

• Wash bathrooms (place clean towels, rugs and make sure toiletries are stocked)

• Kitchen (inside and out of all appliances) 

• Clean Bedrooms (make all beds)

• Dust, wipe furniture

• Vacuum and mop each room (under, behind and around furniture)

• Clean fans, sills and baseboards. 

• Clean Sliding doors glass

• Make sure exterior back patio and front entry is clean.

House Cleaning (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly)​

• Wash bathrooms 

• Kitchen (inside and out of all appliances and cabinets if and when requested) 

• Clean Bedrooms (make beds and or organize if requested)

• Dust, wipe furniture

• Vacuum and mop each room (under, behind and around furniture)

• Clean fans, light fixtures, sills and baseboards. 

• Clean Sliding doors glass

• Make sure exterior patio and front entry is clean.

Deep Clean (one time or first time)

• Wash bathrooms 

• Kitchen (inside and out of all appliances and cabinet if requested) 

• Clean Bedrooms (make beds and or organize if requested)

• Dust, wipe furniture

• Vacuum and mop each room (under, behind and around furniture)

• Clean fans, light fixtures, sills and baseboards. 

• Clean Sliding doors glass

• Make sure exterior patio and front entry is clean.

• Wipe walls and doors

Move-in and move-out​ (No furniture)

• Wash bathrooms (top to bottom, in and out of cabinets)

• Kitchen (inside and out of all appliances and cabinets)

• Vacuum and mop each room

• Clean fans, light fixtures, sills and baseboards. 

• wipe walls and doors (if needed)

• Clean Sliding doors glass

• Make sure garage, exterior patio and front entry is clean.

New Construction (Final Cleaning)

• Wash bathrooms (top to bottom, in and out of cabinets)

• Kitchen (inside and out of all appliances and cabinets)

• Vacuum and mop each room

• Clean fans, light fixtures, sills and baseboards. 

• wipe walls and doors (if needed)

• Clean Sliding doors glass in and out

• Clean all Regular Height windows (inside only)

• Make sure garage, exterior patio and front entry is clean.
